— The base bait — always affordable, never enough. Free dirt-digging covers daily needs.
— The cast net is free shrimp but costs time. Buy early, net casually late.
— The only craftable bait. Flour hoarders never lack koi tickets.
— The night economy core. The keeper gifts 3 on first talk — another reason to hear NPCs out.
— Free but daytime-only. The stream angler's daily chore.
— The key to big gentle filter-feeders. Looks pricey; one manta pays it back.
— Long-press small fish in the bag to convert. Mandatory for epic+ hunting.
— From dismantling low-value fish. The pass to legendary bottom-feeders.
— Endgame consumable. One lure, one shot — no refund on a lost fish. Steady hands only.
— Art IS explosion. See the Boss page. Useless on regular fish — do not waste.
1.Baits are keys, not upgrades
Pricier bait never raises bite rate — it unlocks different species. Check what your target eats, then buy.
2.Craft > scavenge > buy
Dough crafted, worms dug, shrimp netted, chunks dismantled — four free chains cover 80% of needs. Save gold for glow bait and legendary lures.
3.Legendary lures do not refund
One shot per lure. Confirm the window is open, gear is ready, and your stamina/reel are full before casting.
4.Convert live bait on the spot
Long-press a small fish in your bag to convert. Half the shop price — if you can bear spending today's catch on tomorrow's ticket.
5.The vendor's night stock differs
After 18:00 the pier vendor stocks glow bait and rare items. Browse before every night trip.
“Converted three days of catch into live bait for the King Marlin. Cast one: off. Cast two: off. Cast three landed and I screamed like a seagull on the deck. Worth it.”
